From the The World’s Most Expensive Cupcake to The Only Seven Star Hotel here are 26 Of The Most Outrageous Riches Of Dubai. Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr #10 - The World’s Most Expensive Cupcake Because that’s the sort of thing you find while traveling through Dubai. If you want to try it out for yourself head on over the Dubai’s Bloomsbury’s Cupcakes store where you can find the famous dessert that contains 23 carats of edible gold, it’ll only set you back $1,200. #9 - A Shark Slide If thrill seeking is your thing, you need to try out the see-through tunnel slide that catapults you through a shark-filled lagoon. You start from the top of the ancient temple and slide your way down through waters teeming with various species of sharks. Just pray that the tunnel slide doesn’t crack open while you’re on your way down! #8 - Diamond Plated Cars If gold plated cars weren’t your style, maybe you’d go for a car encrusted with diamonds. #7 - Just Another Night On The Town Understand that this tab is in rupees, not dollars, so the total comes out to be just over $5,800. Even then, that is one expensive night on the town, especially since men in Dubai throw that much away on a regular basis. #6 - The Only Seven Star Hotel There is only one seven-star hotel in the entire world, and it is the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. A place rated that high must have some intense security, and they do; they won’t even let you walk on the grounds without a reservation. Hey, they have to keep the riff raff out, it is a SEVEN-star hotel after all. #5 - The Amphibious Car For those of you unaware of what an amphibious car is, it is a transportation vehicle that works just as well on land as it does on water, a sort of car-boat, if you will. The crazy thing about these vehicles is that they actually exist. Not only do they exist, but the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed has a collection of eight. #4 - The Stunning Views What do you get when you put some of the world’s tallest skyscrapers with the most luxurious hotels, landscapes, and backdrops you could possibly imagine? Thousands upon thousands of the most beautiful views in the universe, that’s what. Check out some of these stunning views. #3 - A Gold iPad These gold models of the famous Apple iPad were specially made for the Burj Al Arab, that seven-star luxurious hotel. Each guest of the hotel is offered one of these 24-carat gold iPads upon check-in. Yes, please! #2 - The Double Wide Jeep What is known as a “broad” Jeep Wrangler, looks like a double-wide version of the former, regular Jeep. Could you imagine trying to drive this beast around? If you have to turn at any point during your drive; you’re screwed. #1 - Their Own Island What do you do if you are the richest country on the planet? You create your own artificial island! Dubai said that every fantasy could become a reality when they designed and created the largest artificial island in the world. It is in the shape of a palm tree and is home to dozens of luxury residences. They also lay claim to the second largest artificial island, which is shaped like a map of the world, called the World Islands.

From the Second Avenue Subway in New York, to the India Tower, here are 12 Biggest Unfinished Construction Projects. Subscribe to Knowledge Feed for awesome mysteries, discoveries, fun topics and all around AWESOME videos ! 5. Second Avenue Subway The first phase of this subway line, which runs under the East side of Manhattan in New York was finally opened on January 1. It serves 200 thousand daily riders and spans three stations. The full line would span eight and a half miles and would include 13 additional stations, but no one involved in the project should get too ahead of themselves. Construction of the underground subway line began all the way back in 1972, meaning it took over four decades just to get a portion complete. City authorities are hopeful that the entire line will open sometime around 2028. If it's ever complete estimates state that the project would have a total cost of over 17 billion dollars and would host a daily ridership of over half a million individuals. 4. World Islands Intended to be a getaway for the rich, the World Islands in Dubai have been under development since 2003. A lack of financing forced construction to halt in 2008. Things haven’t gone well for the project in the years since. The islands lay almost completely vacant and are, reportedly slowly sinking into the ocean. Though developer Nakheel Properties claims that they have sold around seventy percent of the islands, the only one that is complete is Greenland, which was turned into a showpiece by its owner, the ruler of Dubai. 3. Ryugyong Hotel Though the exterior of the 1,080 foot Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea was completed in 2011 much of the interior lies totally empty and the building itself remains closed today. Construction began thirty years ago but was halted in 1992 due to the fall of the Soviet Union, which caused an economic crisis in the country. For years the building stood without any windows or interior fittings. Finally in 2008 construction resumed and the outside, as well as portions of the inside were complete. Plans were to use the 105 story building as a mixed use development and hotel, but instead it only represents the tallest unoccupied building in the world. 2. Sagrada Familia Antonio Gaudi was a renowned Catalan architect who lived from 1852 to 1926. In his time he designed some of the most unique, awe inspiring structures you’ll ever see. Most of these buildings lie in Barcelona, Spain including what most consider his masterpiece, Sagrada Familia. The Roman Catholic Church has been going through construction since it commenced in 1882. When Gaudi passed away it was less than a quarter complete. It finally passed the halfway point in 2010. Its completion date has been pushed back several times and spokespeople today estimate it to be finished sometime between 2026-2028. Despite its seemingly permanent incomplete status art critics marvel at Sagrada Familia for its extraordinary interpretation of Gothic architecture. And now for number one, but first we would like to humbly thank all of our subscribers for the comments we received on 11 World’s Scariest Spiders, hopefully we didn’t scare too many of you off. 1. India Tower Construction began on this supertall skyscraper in Mumbai, India in 2010. By November the tower was well on its way to being built with hundreds of workers on site daily. But civic authorities had a dispute with the developers and work was put on hold the following year. Originally it was supposed to be complete by 2016, but construction was permanently cancelled in October 2015 It looks like this beautiful building will never be gracing Mumbai’s skyline. Had the project been a success plans say that the tower would have been 126 stories and 2,356 feet tall which would have made it the second highest building in the world behind the Burj Khalifa.

NEW NON-STOP FLIGHT SPEEDS SHIPMENTS FROM U.S. TO THE MIDDLE EAST • Recently deployed Boeing 747-8F improves time-in-transit by one day to key destinations in Middle East, a gateway to Africa & the Indian subcontinent • Announcement follows news of UPS’s role as official logistics provider for Expo 2020 Dubai Louisville, USA/Dubai, UAE - 5 February, 2018 – UPS (NYSE:UPS) is launching a daily non-stop flight from its Worldport® global air hub in Louisville, KY., to Dubai, UAE, reducing time-in-transit between the United States and key destinations in the Middle East by a full business day. The flight, operated with one of UPS’s new 747-8F freighters, is part of the build out of UPS’s smart global logistics network and takes place as the company plans for its role as official logistics provider for Expo 2020 Dubai. “The UAE trades with all 50 U.S. states and has grown to become the U.S.’s largest export destination in the Middle East. Dubai’s importance as a global trade hub increases every day – and we’re now getting there a day faster with our small package express carrier and cargo offerings,” said Jim Barber, President, UPS International. “Growth potential is great for companies accessing the UAE and other rapidly developing industrial and commercial sectors in the region. Our new flight is another example of how UPS’s smart global logistics network, which carries three percent of the world’s GDP every day, constantly evolves to service increasing international trade demands.” At approximately 7,700 miles (12,400 km), the route is the longest regularly-scheduled flight UPS has ever operated, and is made possible by the new 747-8s, which offer greater payload over long range. The new flight is currently operating on a weekly basis and will become a daily flight on February 27th, operating Tuesday through Saturday. The new flight is part of plans to expand UPS’s presence in Dubai, the headquarters of UPS’s Indian Subcontinent Middle East & Africa (ISMEA) region, by establishing capacity, technology and staff capabilities to serve customers shipping to and through Dubai in the buildup to Expo 2020 and beyond. UPS has been operating in the region since 1989. “Our customers are demanding more capacity, and we’re providing it with this non-stop connection to Dubai,” said UPS Airlines President, Brendan Canavan. “UPS has made a strategic investment in 747-8 jumbo jets, the largest aircraft we have ever flown, to offer sustainable lift on long-range international routes like this.” The Louisville-Dubai flight leg is part of an “around-the-world” flight route that begins and ends at UPS Worldport in Louisville, KY. After arriving in Dubai, new package and freight volume is loaded onboard the aircraft before it departs for Shenzhen, China, home to UPS’ largest facility in Asia. U.S.-bound volume is then loaded in Shenzhen and the aircraft returns to Worldport via Anchorage, AK. With the addition of this new flight, the volume capacity on UPS’s current Cologne to Dubai flight increases to better serve the needs of customers connecting Europe to the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East and Africa.

In contrast to the top ten most dangerous cities in the world, there are still safe cities in the world, according to the Economist’s Intelligence Unit survey. The safe also has something to do with the quality of your living but merely focusing on the total safety of the people and the city. In the 2015’s Economist’s Safe Index, the criteria do not plainly calculate the crime rates, but it vastly ranged to the view of safety. With these factors that were considered, the study on Top 10 Most Safest Cities of the World was pretty much based on these. Digital Security: It is the measurement of the city’s quality of cyber security, the identity theft frequency, and other determinants affecting the digital security. Health Security: It contains the metric look at the average life expectancy of a resident of the city. It also measures the ratio of hospital beds and facilities to the number of the population. Infrastructure: It includes the quality of roads and the size of people who die from natural calamities. Personal Safety: This focuses more on the traditional safety standards such as crimes, the level of police engagement, and the violent crime rates. 10: New York City, New York 9: Melbourne, Australia 8: Toronto, Canada 7: Zurich, Switzerland 6: Sydney, Australia 5: Amsterdam, Netherlands 4: Stockholm, Sweden 3: Osaka, Japan 2: Singapore, Singapore 1: Tokyo, Japan --------------------------------------------- Music: NCS https://www.youtube.com/user/NoCopyrightSounds Elektronomia - Energy [NCS Release] JJD - Adventure [NCS Release] Jim Yosef - Firefly [NCS Release] --------------------------------------------- Thanks for watching!

Dubai Expo 2020 Master Plan LIKE ,COMMENT , SHARE .. SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE VIDEOS FACEBOOK PAGE -https://www.facebook.com/Megaworldstudio Dubai has been chosen as the site of the 2020 World Expo, which is expected to draw more than 25 million visitors from October 2020 through April 2021. In 2012, Populous joined a design team led by HOK to develop the masterplan for the Expo in Dubai – themed “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”. Chris Lee, Senior Principal and Director at Populous commented: ‘International and major sporting events bring global exposure to spectacular cities and to be truly successful you have to consider the impact right from the start. The site, the programme and the innovative design will make the Expo a unique and inspirational experience. At Populous, we are very proud to be part of the team designing the masterplan for the World Expo 2020, and I would like to congratulate Dubai and the Higher Committee on winning the bid to host Expo 2020.’ The plan looks to the future while paying homage to Emirati culture and heritage, and the design features three separate pavilions symbolizing opportunity, sustainability and mobility, with “innovation pods” and “best practice areas” in each thematic zone. These three zones emanate from a central plaza named the Al Wasl, a historical name for Dubai meaning “the connection”. Inspired by the layout of a traditional Arabic “souk,” or marketplace, the design places larger pavilions to the perimeter while clustering smaller exhibit spaces toward the centre of the site. This creates a smooth pedestrian flow while encouraging interaction among visitors. The team planned the Expo site and infrastructure to create a new sustainable benchmark for events in the Middle East. An iconic photovoltaic fabric structure covers the main walkways, acting as a solar-powered sun shade and combining with photovoltaic panels on building facades to capture enough sunlight to generate at least half of the Expo’s energy requirements onsite. At night, the fabric will be transformed into an illuminated display of lights and digital projections. Smaller connective streets will be shaded through the use of pavilions and strategic landscaping. The alternative transportation plan includes a gondola that links each of the thematic zones and the main entrance while creating an additional viewing experience for visitors. Other sustainable strategies include recycling wastewater, reusing materials and monitoring the carbon footprint. After the close of the Expo in 2021, three main pavilions – the Welcome Pavilion, the Innovation Pavilion and the UAE Pavilion – will be combined and transformed into the Museum of the Future. To support the Dubai Expo 2020, the UAE is expected to award an estimated US$35 billion in construction and other supplier contracts in 2014. The Expo is the third-largest global event after the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup.
