last time I saw a big rig jacknife like that it was in my rear view mirror right after brake checking his ass to a dead stop on the highway ... Drake may go 0 to 100 real quick but I went from 70 to 0 in 2.5 seconds ... ( NOT LITERALLY ) ... but man are they lying when they say 18 wheelers can't stop on a dime because I never came off the brakes and that that big ass grill may have been right at my rear window but he never touched me ... let that be a lesson to all you DUMB FUCK truck drivers out there who think you OWN the road just because your commerce is highly needed in life ... road rage MY ASS ... EVERYONE needs to be taught a lesson for cutting people off and truck drivers are no exception ... quite frankly the driver is lucky my vehicle is slammed to the ground because I was right under the rear end of his trailer all the way up to the top of my windshield ... shit would have been a hell of a lot worse had I not been lowered and I ain't talking about the damage that would have been to my car I'm talking about the damage that would have been to the dude's face ... I got mad respect for you guys but since we live in a world where everyone DEMANDS so-called EQUALITY then by golly YOU'RE GONNA GET IT ... the only TRUE justice in this world is INSTANT JUSTICE ... and the funniest part of all this is it ended up all over the news ... my wife will never know why I was laughing my ass off in front of the tv that night ... 😂

They didn't mean literally. Its a stretched truck notice the distance in between the tractor and the trailer ?
CashRulez Dollas (3 days ago)
He jacknifed it to much

I clicked thinking i was about to see something
littlecesar003 (3 days ago)
That was not jackknifing, he better had parked it, with all the help he had, that was nothing out of the norm.
Coketown (4 days ago)
As someone who can parallel park cars like a god but has never driven an 18-wheeler, I really want to try this.
milo dillio (4 days ago)
So much for one shot.
Hustler08 (5 days ago)
This guy most likely lives in his truck and so he has to make his truck and trailer look good 🤦🏾‍♂️
D.R Izzy (5 days ago)
Bad ass driver in best sense of the words.wow
0nes And Zer0s (6 days ago)
I can barely park my 20’ travel trailer
Liam Murphy (6 days ago)
0:21 that's an ugly truck for sure.
bryant argueta (6 days ago)
I’ve been driving a flatbed for 4 years. We rarely have to back up which means not enough back up experience. I had to jackknife park into a warehouse. It took me about 5 minutes lol. I know I suck 😂😂😂 but at least I got it for n safely.
JB HORIZON (7 days ago)
What so spl in this mate ??
David DiMatteo (7 days ago)
Long wheelbase, that’s a backing sombitch,
bghank Hernandez (8 days ago)
YUP THATS A BAD MOTOR SCHOOTER ..and the truck 👌too.
Luis F (8 days ago)
called parking
Hank Hawks (9 days ago)
Any driver could do that if they pulled the same trailer everyday.
Tanner187 97 (1 day ago)
Nope you are very wrong. I’ve worked in the log woods for three years now and I have numerous drivers that can’t back a log trailer to save their life, one even bought a book on how to back and we give him hell for it. Driving schools ain’t worth a damn when it comes to teaching these people.
Rick Reed (9 days ago)
Pretty damn good job💪👌. Wanna be truckers out there would be still trying to back it up.
DeRobert james (9 days ago)
trailer looks 48 not 53. thanks for the video of the beautiful set up!
Scott coleman (10 days ago)
Your a better man than me gunga din.
John Saxton (10 days ago)
Lot of money in that truck, I wouldn't do that unless I was hauling express seafood
Nicky Baby (9 days ago)
John Saxton what does sea food have to do with this?
Soy Eloso73 (11 days ago)
This video was probably posted by a regular dad driving a minivan with his kids. It looks difficult for the average car drivers but not to truck drivers watching this video. This is normal parking.
DN Zh (11 days ago)
That tractor was other trailer size
TheGrimReaper (12 days ago)
This is not that hard lmao but that’s a badass rig and trailer he’s got there
Chris O. (12 days ago)
No inexperienced driver is going to drive a truck like that 👏🏻
Dave Quick (12 days ago)
And I just did the same damn thing 5 minutes ago..
The Underground (13 days ago)
I just starting trucking 4 months ago and I got the jackknife back down
Brett Marsh (13 days ago)
It’s so funny how everyone is giving him hell saying it’s not hard to do. I’m gonna give him an A+ for being smooth. He clearly knows what a clutch brake is and how to use it and he knows how to ease a clutch. Never heard him ripping it into gear or never made the cab bounce like a basketball. Good smooth driver there and that’s what company trainers need to teach more of
Craig Brinker (15 days ago)
He had to do a pull up with a spotter and you think this guy is the shit? Friking hilarious.
Ncon00i Plus1 (16 days ago)
Dang this dude don’t even know his truck 4 pull ups smh
Bryant Ramsey (20 days ago)
Not impressed. Multiple spotters and a empty space on the passenger side and it's day time and it's sunny. Lmao
juan lozano (20 days ago)
😂😂😂😂😂with all that space where the professional is 🤭🤭👈
Julius Adams (21 days ago)
The driver should be in total control of his vehicle and Aware of his or her surroundings not someone outside the vehicle staying around trying to tell you how to back that is a distraction that can make matters worse
Julius Adams (21 days ago)
That's one of the worst moves in backing a trailer up what other people around you trying to tell you it's all clear keep backing or go forward that is a mistake they are just in the way they can actually make the matters worse the best way and most safest way is you have to be in total control of your vehicle be aware of your surroundings used common sense you are the one that should be in control not someone else outside the vehicle telling you what to do you don't need no distractions you must be the one in total control incomplete Focus of what is going on when it comes to backing a trailer
Donald Bartram (22 days ago)
I know the guys that come into Port Jersey with these way too long trucks lift the rear trailer axle & pivot them in. He has way more room then PT Jersey terminal
Alejandro Medina (23 days ago)
For those that are impressed by...it is just another day as a truck driver OTR

I Unloaded A Truck Like This Years Ago in Chicago IL,, Snow On The Ground and It Took The Trucker A Good While To Get Traction In The Few Inches OF Snow. He was a good driver except just a little snow he said always slowed the long wheel base tractor cab down.
Chris Virginia (1 month ago)
Spread-axle is tough enough with a flatbed. This guy does it with a reefer stretched truck
Jasaemer Tsun (1 month ago)
Good. Decent. But not that remarkable. A driver with 3 or more years experience should be able to do that manoeuvre without too much trouble.
Rick Mcdaniel (1 month ago)
Hey you open door backers watch what professionals do good job truck driver
Mario Torres (1 month ago)
Beautiful rig, and nice job backing her in. Like that Pete and spread tandem reefer.

Driver parking a truck in a parking space, wow! I guess im lucky to see this all day long where I work!
James Shafer (1 month ago)
You need to correctly describe this, it is a 48" trailer. Also, it's not that amazing, any driver with average skill can do this. It is a very sharp rig though
Antwestside (1 month ago)
Looks like a 48"
Richard Coffel (1 month ago)
Its part of the job, also if he was heavy with a spread he would have rolled that rubber on the front axle or at minimum left dark rubber tracks cutting like that
James Hyden (1 month ago)
30+years ago, this was how you backed to deliver in Dallas Tx. Less than 9" apart between trailers on a produce dock in the farmers market with no power steering, no soft clutch and traffic from farmers. Did it ever week for 5+ years never hit anything except the dock.
ron davis (1 month ago)
I haven’t been on the road yet and I do this all the time in a full yard of truckers with no problem . I would assume this is nothing for a person that’s been driving for a long time.
Jimmy Juarez (1 month ago)

On any tandem/spread axle setup a jacked turn virtually destroys the first axle/seals/bearings/wheels and tires. Sometimes these turns cant be helped . We have to do what we have to do especially when time/hours are a premium and available spaces even less. Gorgeous rig, good parking. Given the current market I cant see using that frame setup for this market we are in. 5,000 times in thirty years is fine and speaks volumes for our trade. However, it only takes one time jumping off that cliff and you learn to not play with it again. Not to mention spending 3-6 hours of a 10 hour trying to get that first axle repaired then back in the road. To this date I have seen two drivers terminated for "jack-parking" their rigs. Gorgeous rig, talent to the trade that we all do and carries some grave consequences. Know them all.

In a country full of swift drivers ! parking a truck becomes a event.... taking a few old school truck drivers and sons of truck drivers 80% are a bunch of clowns behind a steering wheel... good thing America has good roads cuz they wouldn't last 100 miles where I come from

40 years ago , he would have failed his driving test , you were ONLY ALOUD ( 1 PULL UP TO ADJUST YOURSELF ) ( ANY MORE DURING A ROAD TEST )( YOU GOT ONE EVERY YEAR ) you lost your licence until you passed . But impress a bunch of new wave DRIVERS these days that can't drive , but only fast . When I started WE DID NOT HAVE GPS. CELL PHONES . MEDICAL CARDS WE HAD CHOUFFER'S LICENCES CLASS A , B OR C . NO MEDICAL CARDS BUT A BACKING CARD SHOWING YOU PASSED YOUR BACKING PROCEDURES A. 45° ANGLE A. 90 ° ANGLE AND A SURPENTINE ( BACK AND FORTH LEFT AND RIGHT IN REVERSE ) WE GOT DIRECTIONS BY CALLING A PLACE UP ON A PAY PHONE AT A TRUCKSTOP OR A REST AREA AND WRITING THEM DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER . STREET NAMES AND ADRESSES . EXAMPLE Turn LEFT on HOWARD ST. Turn RIGHT on SIMPSON AVE. Go 2 miles and Turn left on Jake ST. Second driveway Turn Left KNOWING OUR LEFT FROM OUR RIGHT , WHICH I MUST SAY 80 PERCENT DONT KNOW THEIR LEFT LANE FROM THEIR RIGHT LANE EXAMPLE SIGN READS ALL TRUCKS LEFT LANE AND YET I SEE MOST IN THE RIGHT LANE . SOMETHING I LEARNED WHEN I WAS 4 YEARS OLD ( MY LEFT FROM MY RIGHT ) NOW DO THAT AT NIGHT IN A SNOW STORM WITH A TANKER AND YOU MIGHT IMPRESS AN OLD GRIZZLED VETERAN OF OVER 40 YEARS LIKE ME . GOOD DAY WANNA BEE'S

We do this every day.
Kevin Carmack (4 months ago)
And yes, as ksr9t stated, that isn't technically jacknifing, that is tracor and trailer beyond 90 degrees usually causing damage to tractor or trailer, or both
Kevin Carmack (4 months ago)
Nothing special, just set the trailer brakes, watched my Dad do it on a regular basis
Vernon Jones (4 months ago)
It's a 48feet spread that is what you do.
Thermidor le vrai (3 months ago)

Now come to Australia where our ‘Truckies’ drive ‘B Doubles’ do that everyday. A B double is the equivalent of 2x40ft shipping containers in length. In the outback parts of Australia you’ll find trucks with up to 5x40ft trailers hauling cattle, mining equipment, diesel fuel.

Daytime it's not hard to do

I did this for a year with Hallamore trucking and Rigging Co. With poll trailers with 100 ft concrete beams.. .. try it....we had to back 100ft poll trailers into a construction site in Hartford, Ct. At St.Mary's hospital on a back residential street in order to be unloaded....

Return of the Native (5 months ago)
This is pathetic, when you can do it with 2 trailers on, you're fit to begin pulling a triple roadtain over here. Americans may be our best friends, but when they get it wrong, they really, really make us laugh. You'll just have to cop that one on the chin brother, & try not to cock up so famously again.
STRATEGIC THOUGHT (5 months ago)
You need a country mile to turn a Peterbilt.. and that one looks stretched out with a spread axle, so it would be a little more difficult. Trust me, I've driven them all.

I use to see the pros put it in reverse open the door stand on the steps so they could see and back it on in.
