I love how you say typical salesman like if all car salesman are like that lol
Kirk Dunn (2 months ago)
Been looking for new bcuz in almost every ad I seen for slightly used a new was either cheaper or not much more......I was shocked how high pricing was for used, even a 2018 new (2020 are just about to come out) was at or above what a 2019 new is.......I dont understand how this is possible
Gary voigt (3 months ago)
dam rookie buyers... your own dam fault man...   never buy a truck online or travel... they were waiting for a sucker like you...why do you think it did not sell local?   live and learn young buck...
Margarito Gonzalez (3 months ago)
Buy new, why are you complaining about a used truck? If you are looking for a used truck expect a used truck. If you are that stuck on the discrepancies buy new. Lol not like you can call the used car manufacturer and order a used vehicle.
gabriel sanchez (3 months ago)

If your gonna be that picky on buying a truck, do yourself a favor a buy it new. Then we dont have to hear you cry about all the dumb nit pickin small shit like the skid plate was scratched and the bumper was mis aligned. Your lucky it wasn't in worse shape being that some people just dont take care of they're trucks because their "TRUCKS". No shit the skid plate was scratched. Its a "TRUCK". Oh and by the way, SALESMEN LIE. ITS THEY'RE JOB.
Magdiel Rosario (4 months ago)

Manuel Leos (4 months ago)
It's a used truck what do you expect. Tow hooks were used cuz trucks tow things. It was definitely not a mall crawler.

TOM SINDELAR (5 months ago)
Looked at 2018 ram with 6500 miles on it. Test drove it noticed something with the front end. Then noticed the drivers front tire was different (4x4) than the others. They told me there was an alignment issues and that they would give me a voucher to have an alignment after I bought it. Carfax showed clear and there was a mva showing on another web site. I paid the $25 for the report and it was in a major mva drivers front. Needless to say I passed.

You fuckin' idiots. You wasted all that money FLYING to & from, for this boring-ass "content"? Sales Guy got the last laugh. Truck wasn't great but you guys could've cranked them for a big discount and completed the mission. Straighten-out that minor shit on your own. YOUR VIDEO WAS BORING and every Sales Professional is NOT a scheister. I just got done taking close-up pics of imperfections so my Prospective Customer wouldn't be surprised. Do better, nitwits.

p wood (6 months ago)
These dealers go to Canada to get used trucks and make 30% on the exchange rate. That's why they are listed for so little. They are importing them by the truckload.

Cicada (6 months ago)
And ? All this bull$hit to say a salesman lied to you! It happens all the time and that’s why you don’t fly to buy a used normal car! It’s a RAM not a Super classic car! Even in Europe and the Middle East you can purchase a Ram.

David Lamb (6 months ago)
Oh no first world silver spoon problems, flying across country to buy a truck most people can't afford, and you're complaining about cosmetics, expecting a dealer to be honest. Get over it and be happy you can afford something like this, my truck is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 19 years old, it's not perfect, but I'm proud of it, and happy to have it.
eldridge201 (6 months ago)
I will recommend the same thing that a lot of other people have recommended and that is to not bother watching the video. I decided to go against my better judgment this time and give you the benefit of the doubt however, the other people that were saying not to waste your time were actually correct. This was a waste of time. You were in the wrong in this video for the most part. The sad thing is, you don’t understand why. You know, it could be assumed that you are a decent fellow just by your demeanor in the video however, you guys did a few things that indicate that you were actually in the wrong here when it came to attempting to purchase this vehicle but more of an indicator was what you did regarding possibly attempting to purchase the other vehicle where the guy wanted $60,000 for it. Why did you waste that person’s time if you weren’t going to pay $60,000? I understand that people want to negotiate but you don’t tell somebody that you do not want to pay the price that they’re asking and expect that to be the negotiating point. At 12:52 in the video you don’t tell this person “Tony, I don’t think you understand what I’m telling you.....I don’t want to pay what you’re asking”. If you weren’t prepared to pay what they were asking, then why were you even looking at the vehicle in the first place? I understand that people want to negotiate and there are different ways of going about it but you don’t straight up tell somebody I don’t want to pay what they are asking. It’s just not the way you start a negotiating situation. I didn’t even bother to watch after this because at this point, you guys have not indicated that you were doing anything right. At least not for the most part. I understand that maybe the salesman didn’t take pictures of all of the bad parts of the vehicle that you want to look at however, just because it only had 13,000 miles on it does not mean that it’s going to be in mint condition or pretty much new condition. You can do a lot of stuff in a city in 13,000 miles and scraping up the bottom bumper guard and having a few other things get scraped up underneath the pick up is not abnormal for somebody that decides to use their pick up. If you are looking for a pick up that is going to be in mint condition, Then you probably are going to have to pay more money for something that is in almost like new condition. That’s just the way it is. Like it or not, some people actually like to use their vehicles and that means that they tend to not slow down when they are coming out of the driveway or going into one and they might hit up a curb here in there and they might have a few nicks and scratches on the interior and the exterior.
eldridge201 (6 months ago)
Furthermore, the fact that you didn’t read the entire ad is completely your fault. If you didn’t know that it was from Canada in the first place and they included that in the ad, then you can’t fault anybody else for that other than yourselves so shame on you. Actually, there are a lot of shame on you’s in this video. You probably shouldn’t have posted it because it just ended up not making you look very good in the whole ordeal.

Where is the video of you scolding the lying salesman & his boss?
RAM TRUCKS (6 months ago)
Only an idiot would trust a dealer that a specific truck would be there
Stephen Devore (6 months ago)
Carfax check would help in a general assessment of history of the truck. Always check as much as possible beforehand. To many bait and switch offers. 😎

Why the fuck would you buy anything from the Northern states? you have the hole south of America that has no rust or road salt. Unreal you would even look at it..

Flew to the rust belt ??? That is breaking rule Number 1
foskeight8 (6 months ago)
I can tell you exactly what happened.... the salesman knew about these issues but also knew you were flying in and thought you'd be so enthralled with the vehicle you wouldn't want to have to get on another plane and fly back empty handed. This asshole knew full-well this truck was fucked up but thought if he could just get you there then he might be able to somehow influence you to still buy it anyway. This is the kind of horseshit that makes the general public automatically distrust car salespeople because they will LIE right to your face.
Robert Emminger (6 months ago)
You bought a plane ticket to buy a vehicle and didn't read the full ad? That seems foolish.
Dan berg (6 months ago)
Lol you didn't buy it because it had a fucked up bumper lol.its a work truck what do you expect it not a damn Sunday driver
Vince Weaver (6 months ago)
LOL I just bought a 2016 Ram Sport with 23K miles for under $30K. It's not mint, but damn close. Took me 5 weeks total to research, find it (within 100 mi radius), and negotiate, but worth the effort.
Sal Paradise (6 months ago)
A salesperson that lied? I'm shocked.... (not really)
juicybaka12761276 (6 months ago)
I flew out to a Ford dealer to buy a CPO Taurus SHO with 12k miles. Drove back home only to later on discover the vehicle was in an accident and never repaired correctly. 6 months hassling dealer to pay for $3800 in repair work. Hope you guys learned your lesson about sight unseen long trips. I will NEVER buy a used car again! If it’s too good to be true, it probably is...
Martin Braunworth (6 months ago)
Omg, blah blah blah. It was used..... You should of did your entire research before flying somewhere for a USED truck. 🤮😡🤬
