I also thought maybe you could do a video on your favorite brands of bottled/canned Thai ingredients. A tutorial about the different types of noodles that are used in Thai dishes. Sorry. I know I have been away on and off for the past 6-months or so. Going through multiple IVF treatments this last year trying to get pregnant. The treatments and medications have been very difficult on my body and energy levels.

Thankyou for that, I’ve never added coriander stem to a marinade mix, I believe these are more Thai/ Malaysian than Chinese with the fish sauce and coriander, am I correct? I will be trying them very soon x Dave

Yes, you're correct. Most of my cooking comes from a Thai perspective. In Thailand we actually use the coriander root. But it's hard to find here in the US, so I am using stems instead.
