12 fireplaces in a wood house *not a great plan*

This seems very cheap for what you get
lucderan (1 day ago)
50k less than 12M: so you can tear down that (IMO) tawdry temple/amphitheater! But everyone can put anything he wants in his own property. Or tear it down when he buys it. At the end, everyone would like to have this kind of "problems" moving into a millionaire Estate that, maybe, is the third or forth home he owns. Bought to be used just as a retreat with family and friends some weekend of the year, when he wants to "escape" from his Manhattan Penthouse's routine to assist to an exclusive greek tragedy representation in his own greek amphitheater... Or, since there are restrooms, just to pee in a greek temple reproduction placed on the hills of Connecticut! thug life

Reeyuh Kreel Udani (6 days ago)
Damn! Why everyone is against this house? It is soooo beautiful and wonderful 😻 I would definitely buy it if only I have the right amount of money.
Justice Kings (6 days ago)
I love the house but i think if you are going to buy it you need to replace the furniture which cost you more than 11 million
Rogit sudarsan (9 days ago)
70 acres for eleven mil but 20 mil for just over 12000 sq.ft in nyc Sh*t
Gurasis Singh (10 days ago)

Jacob Westphalen (11 days ago)
This house is dated and the master bathroom is disgusting.
TheLoveThief (7 days ago)
I know. Especially compared to where you live. This house is so disgusting. I wouldn't take it if they gave it to me for free. I'd rather live in your house. 🙄
Jacob Westphalen (11 days ago)
More art deco than modern contemporary if you ask me.
Lowerhaightstreet (11 days ago)
If I bought that house I would have a garage sale for the furniture. or burn it on one of my lovely 12 fire places.
Chris Chua (14 days ago)
Amazing exterior and property, but the inside of the house feels more like an office setting. Doesnt feel homey. And the interior designing sucks
ŁĕmonTårť (14 days ago)
12 fireplaces?! I need at least 20 fireplaces!

What the heck is a waveless pool?
Davide Borsatto (14 days ago)
You can clearly see that something went wrong with the furniture, but if you're paying 12M for this property, you probably can afford to throw it all out and redecorate. Probably the best house I've seen here, though. It's just beautiful, plus the location is amazing. I'd much rather live here than in some busy city.

ramers baho (21 days ago)
Many people who comment say that the interior furniture were so outdated, but for me it does'nt matter as soon as i have a 70 acre of land, tennis court, my own pond, ampitheather, indoor pool, cinema theater, etc. I will be happy tho

idk why you would pay $11 mil when you can just build it in minecraft for free
Orion6699 (24 days ago)
Thats more like it. I would much rather have a smaller house and a huge lot than have a huge mansion and the neighbors staring at me every time I went to visit the pool.
Arpit Dua (27 days ago)
0:54 there is a patch not covered with grass. I was considering but that changed my mind :P
For 11 million you could do better with the lawns no? And what is it about the ceilings that gives one the ultimate claustrophobic feeling?????

Kaiser Basileus (1 month ago)
1) The "view of the lake" as mentioned doesn't exist from the house, it's blocked by trees, liar. 2) There's no such thing as a "waveless" pool, much less a splashless one as it was described. 3) The theater would hold 9 people comfortably, 12 in a pinch, NOT 20, liar! You don't need to make things up to sell a place like this. What were you possibly thinking?!

The tans of the birch, teak and cedar and the low profile furniture all made it feel very ‘70s. To hear it described as “modern” was odd. Still, many of the details were very cool. One of the few house tours where I’ve wished I had the money to afford it. Who doesn’t want an award winning storage barn?
