Was waiting for UPS to pickup up a package return to amazon.com all morning. All of a sudden I get an email from UPS stating that they attempted to make the pickup, but no one was home.
But I was here all morning!
So I checked my home security cameras and caught the UPS delivery man pulling up in front of my house, sitting there for a few seconds and then driving away. He never even attempted to come to my door!
I've had better luck with FedEx. I had a similar situation... the guy comes by...im home.. the dog growls but no knock at the door. I live on the 2nd floor in a condo... I eventually go to check my mail and a notice at the door...he left the boxes he didnt want to carry up the stairs are left at the community office. This driver needs to be fired ...come to find out he does thag with everyone. Seems to be popular theme with this crappy company around this city.

I'd leave ur gate hanging open too if I were carrying that large of a package out. if you can afford such a fence and gate, you can put a spring on it that closes it automatically

Stop trying to add things to the video that aren't there! You weren't there. I shut the door after I spoke to him. He's paid to deliver packages. Anytime no one is home he has to open a gate himself.

It has a spring, but if you push it too far open, it stays open. CONSIDERATE people close the gate when they leave no matter what size package they're carrying. MOST of the UPS drivers are considerate.
