i buy a lot from amazon and the first thing i ask is UPS bringing it to me. and if they say yes or don't answer. i take it out of the cart and find something else from someone else that will send it through anyone but ups. UPS SUCKS. just last week i had something coming in from ups and it never got here. when i called the woman said i could come get it or she will return to sender. the next day it was in new york, nowhere near where it came from.

UPS company is mocking me. I'm ready to start a trial on this company or something like that. I got a message from UPS about delivery on Jul10. And I didn't get it. Also, they didn't collect my phone number which the sender with 1 day delay. On July 15th their website suggested me that the delivery would be on July 16th and the website made me wait the whole evening and I got no delivery. At 6:20 pm I didn't meet anybody and I called the UPS help center. Their representative said that there's no delivery for this day. It's a mistake on UPS system and I should wait for the package by the end of July 17th. So I left the apartment. I came home and I got a note that it was delivered but nobody was at home. So after 7 days of the delivery day, 5 phones calls, 5 emails I still had no delivery. They left the sticker which suggested to pickup the package at their location point. The the next day when I waited to visit their location suddenly their website said that it's out for delivery and I had to sit at home from 4 to 8pm the third time during this week. I was waiting the whole evening. I saw a UPS truck leaving. I ran after it with no success and I found another sticker on the porch. So the delivery guy simply didn't want to go in the building which the first delivery guy did on the previous day. Nobody called me while every time I call their customer service they collect my phone number. I called UPS phone service again and I was said it will be on July 18. They made a request to bring my package to their location. Today it's July 18th. I called their customer service and I was said that the previous request was made incorrectly again and I will not have my package delivered today to their location. I paid for this item 3750 CAD and around 500 taxes which UPS collected. I think they lost my package and they hide this fact or they opened the package and they use it or something like that. Even if it's not I still feel like it's mockery. I've been mocked by UPS for 8 days in a row. Plus it'm afraid they may steal my 3750 CAD for item and 500 CAD in taxes.

Hats off to you. I couldn’t do that BS- carrying packages to houses, worry about getting dog bites, and dealing with a holes. Rather just keep driving an 18 wheeler drop n hook.

UPS driver here. My center is HUGE on safety, and first thing i notice in this video, not even 40 seconds in, he did something against UPS safety policy. Your seat belt should always be clicked in, before putting your vehicle into drive. That would of showed up on his telematics report, if his supervisor monitored it. I just find it funny how they let that part be in the video. The average person will look at that, thinking not a big deal, and i understand that. You will have to have worked at UPS, as a driver to understand LOL.

I have a thing for UPS drivers and FedEx drivers in DHL drivers any partial drivers they're rude most of them are route in a sense that they have no courtesy for the other drivers who actually drive big rig trucks they cut us off they take the dog space when they could be on the ramp they're just horrible people

30+ years as a loyal hard working driver but UPS probably hires stoned out punks for bullshit office work for less hours with only 1-2 years of experience and gets payed 2-3 times more then he does... Welcome to the 9-5 life!!!

Glenn Weeks (4 months ago)
I worked during the peak season ...at first it was okay but then they put me with a couple jerks and it was no longer fun. The first jerk driver was a chain smoker and dared me to complain. As the day progressed he started using slurs to put down people he thought were less than him. He had just gone through a divorce and of course it was all her fault. I got sick of listening to his big lies and I called his bluff. I told him that I would not be working with him again. He sorta made a stupid threat and I told him to go fuck himself and I got off the truck. The supervisor didn't even ask why I left the truck. They do not care about the helpers at all. They have some good guys but mostly jerks like the guy they put me with. I ended up just working about 4 weeks. I will never go back to be treated like they did me.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Delivery The issue that I have experienced was: I am currently living in Thailand, am disabled and bedridden, I purchased a Patient hoist in UK and needed it shipping here to Thailand, I am in desperate need of this as I say I cannot get out of bed etc etc without it, this item was due to be delivered today ( 10 April 2019) here in Thailand in just a few hours and I am at a loss to understand something? a message was sent to the sender ( my Niece in UK, Rebecca Harrison) last night at 10:17pm telling us about hazardous material, surely this was never going to be here on time - as promised - by today, surely this should have been noticed before when collected, although my niece was asked about being a lithium rechargeable battery which it is and should be ok? I am in desperate need of this item and very very anxious now I have heard this as I was expecting to be able to get out of bed with more ease today? tracking number 1ZT0G78ZD920004819 I am wondering what I can do as we paid for express delivery and was told all was ok then the battery thing came up, sounds like an excuse to me for something, either way it is not going to be here today as promised and paid for? UPDATE; now 11th April and still its in UK although the battery issue was resolved and we were told as I am disabled it would be given urgent attention but still its in UK and the sender has not been told why? It occurred on: 8/04/2019 This meant that I am disabled with a muscle wasting disease and bedridden, I need the patient hoist to get from my bed to my wheelchair and commode and back to bed etc, no one knows the frustration of this who has not experienced it? Get it here........... I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account. Yours faithfully, David Collier

Safe? More like lucky. I give it to anyone doing this job as I do in Chicago but he committed at least 12 mistakes. I gave him a break on a couple others. 1) @ 10 sec. Stepped backwards out of truck. 2(a) @ 36 sec. Put truck into gear before his seatbelt was engaged. 2(b) Didn't check his passenger side mirror. 2(c) Didn't check his rearview camera. 2(d) Didn't check his blind spot. 3(a) @ 44 sec. Didn't maintain his lane(drove over parking spots). 3(b) Didn't use his signal when making a right turn. 4) @ 51 sec. Failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. 5) @ 1:18 Didn't square up to package being lifted. 6) @ 2:52 Didn't have his passenger mirror tucked in parking lot where vehicles could pass on that side. 7) Didn't maintain his lane. 30 years or not those are all facts and that's with a camera recording his every move. You have to Love and appreciate the longevity though as I know many guys that have been humping that long.
