I wanted to be a UPS driver. I heard you have to work a minimum of 3+ years in store before they even consider it. After a year driving (so I'm told) your pay sky rockets.

I worked in the warehouse for 8 months. Starting pay is 18.75 and after you finish your 4yr pay progression it is 37 an hr. Right now im in my second yr of progression making 19.50 an hr

(In Az) If your lucky enough to get hired from the street to drive full time you start at 18.75. Pay tops out in 4 years with raises every year, (19.50, 21.25, 25.75, 36.02). If you work in the hub and are given the opportunity to drive as a cover driver pay starts at 24.75.
