This guy doesn't have a clue about keeping customers happy. All he sees are dollar signs at peak season. If you weren't implementing a capacity surcharge you'de keep more customers.

Warehouse employees are worked like dogs for 10 dollars an hour, and that's before Union dues. UPS is quite possibly the worst place to work in America.

Times have changed. They treat people like total crap. Threaten their drivers daily, and yell at you like you are a dog. No amount of money is worth your quality of life & your happiness. My pride is not for sale. UPS is the worst place to work in America. Period. Oh and they are cutting your pension by 20%. How do you feel about that?

John Smith You have to look at the big picture at UPS. I started out loading trucks for low money but new if I stuck with it I could make great money as a full time driver. Now I'm a feeder driver making 125k a year. 9 weeks paid vacation and free health care with a company pension. I don't even have to touch a box. My friends with college degrees aren't even close to my compensation.

I didnt get the service i wanted my package is 10 days late, its been out for delivery like 12 times , and i they couldnt find my package when i put it on call. I wish you guys wouldve at least told me it would be late not leading me on for days. I hope you guys can fix your infrastructure or something because this is really discouraging

Oh it's great...until your package gets dropped or stolen "in transit"
