Chase just canceled my Amazon credit card "because continuing the relationship creates possible reputational risk to our company." This is extremely troubling to me as I paid my balance in full every month, and, indeed, usually had a credit balance. Being judged like this by a company that required US citizens to bail it out to the tune of $25 billion in 2009 and just got caught in one of the largest cocaine busts in history transporting drugs on a subsidiary's ships is insulting. Good riddance.

Hello.. Jamie Dimon. Time to end the gold and silver manipulation you criminal. We know you are trying to cornering the silver market. Gold and specially silver is way off undervaluated. You have to know people.. he and other banksters are making it tough for the silver mining industry.. selling paper silver and suppresing the prices, and JPMorgan is buying physical silver.. They are caught red handed in the crime in every bank possible, one by one. But what's happening? The existing miners are still making profit, they are effective, and the prices will soon rally to the moon, thats what JPMorgan knows. but the supply is declining. The world is desperately depending on a steady supply of silver, for the technological industry.. among other things. And its scarce. Time for some changes. Stack silver.. its the best buy on the planet.

FYI: This is the bank boss behind the Libor scandal, the Bernard Madoff’s multi-billion-dollar Ponzi scheme, accused by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for manipulated energy prices, the aluminium hording scandal, and his participation in the so-called robo-signing scandal, in which the employees of major mortgage lenders claimed to have reviewed foreclosure documents with which they were totally unfamiliar. He also participated in the subprime scandal that caused the 2008 financial crash, but he was smart enough to not ride it all the way. In other words he got out before the shit hit the fan. Jamie Dimon is a crook and it it shameful that he is now paraded around as a legit decent human being. He is trash and belongs in jail. Ask yourself why you choose to admire a crook like him. He is everything that is wrong with this world. Since 2010, under the leadership of Jamie Dimon, JP Morgan has been charged with 48 different violations of banking and securities fraud. $28,675,456,874.00 is the total they’ve paid out just in the past 7 years in fines. No prison time for a single banker.

Not a fan of him or his company. He doesn’t have an honest or good understanding of how his customers view his company and his industry. Banks in general but specifically Chase have become a poster child for neo capitalism which is skewed toward investors or worse investing over society. He is trying to sell the virtues of banks while admitting the tax payer picks up their risks now. But I’m so glad these guys have come out of hiding. Trump is truly setting trends. My only hope is as a society we can see through the charisma and circus for the hard truth. Other wise more for them, their boards and institutional investors and less for those they are suppose to serve: their Clients and the society at large.

The idiots who keep screaming this is a business interview, not politics should pick up an economics book. Politics and business go hand in hand, policy effects how business are run and businesses dictate how some policies are made. They go hand in hand, always have been, and especially having a president like Trump who was a businessman before becoming a president, these questions are much more important to ask as to figure out what exactly he plans to do with our country. Jamie Dimon is a bright man, he understands that these questions have a place in this interview.

I think the problem they are seen and coming across is that more people are re inventing them self and becoming self employed (enterprenuars). The government is not getting all the taxes from that group of people. People who get pay in cash, at the end of year report low taxes. Thats why the globe is going monetary paperless currency. This way is all track down. No more hiding cash from the government. The system is setup to keep us in slavery. Buy physical gold and silver. Get out of paper fiat.

America needs to ditch this notion of college for all. Unless you are becoming a doctor or specialized field, kids shouldnt go to college just to pay 90k for a degree in worthlessness. We need major trade programs in plumbing, electricians, pipe fitters, pipe joiners, farming, masonry work, etc. We dont need our youth wasting their prime years sitting in a classroom taking liberal arts and learning zero skills. My brother graduated from Yale. He has zero skills and cant find a job. His degree in history is useless in the real world.

ZTech (5 months ago)
@Dividend Income It's the perfect ownership. Government and/or other bad actors can take away everything from you, but they can't confiscate Bitcoin by any means short of kidnapping and torture. And even then, with some technical knowledge, you can hide parts of your Bitcoin wealth, but you can't hide property or car. Even gold is harder to hide and easier to confiscate. If password (private key) worries you so much, just give a piece of paper to your next of kin or someone you can trust and you won't ever lose your BTC.
Dividend Income (5 months ago)
ZTech that’s completely incorrect. If someone passes away or loses their password then the money is locked into the system. It’s the perfect scam.
ZTech (5 months ago)
@Dividend Income It doest matter how or who created Bitcoin, even if it was CIA (which it most likely wasnt). Bitcoin is transparent and fair and can not be manipulated (printed or confiscated)

DaSnarky Remarky (5 months ago)
The hypocrisy of this dude is mind-blowing. He talks about income inequality and lack of opportunity for many Americans but he sits on top of the very system that made it possible in the first place. A system where corporate executives, lobbyists, billionaires like him rig the system in their own favor. Rather than announce token jobs programs (350 million dollars over 5 years is a pittance when Chase makes 10s of billions in profits each year), Dimon should work to increase the economic and political power of left-behind Americans.

Yes, the American economy aka the American whites and immigrants have been racist towards blacks. They hire family, people who look like them, and foreigners who will come here that wanna be white too that they can pay pennies on the dollar and ship back home whenever they get done with them. He's definitely not out of touch since he works at that federal reserve that put out the data showing that the black community has had a wealth drain since the 1960s. So he's a liar and he's being deceitful. Wall street was created to trade slaves and the literal wall was used to measure slaves and auction them off when the boats landed in NYC. JPM accepted slaves as collateral and took possession of them in the case of a slave owner defaulting. It's systematic racism plain and simple.
