Just like all other videos that claim to be honest this one has a higher contrast filter on the after pictures to show the muscle definition more. While I do think there was a difference, having more shadowing is a deceptive eye trick. 10:15

Pushups were done incorrectly making it useless and also 100 pushups a day is extremely inefficient. Doing 5 sets of 15 and doing the pushups correctly would present a much more noticeable and better result.

Why put a darker background for the reveal photo? I get so pissed off with these before and after videos.. they are supposed to be the same background, the same variables... everything. Why remove the glasses and get him to smile more..? we all know that tricks us into thinking its a more positive image. Just be truthful. The white guys photo has clearly been zoomed... unless pushups has made his head bigger.. lol also the contrast has changed. Any way what ever lol

I know right, they probably saw the end results and realised that there was no change and had to alter the images. Doing 100 pushups a day for 30 days will not even present much of a change and yet they were doing the pushups incorrectly.

After I watched this, I’ve been doing this for many days (probably a bit over two months now) as well as 150 sit-ups and several other exercises. I’m actually really thankful for this video, because I do Taekwondo now, and need to get stronger for tests and such. Edit: all in a row, except for pushups (30, 20, 30, 20, or 40, 40, 20)

When I started, out of shape, I was only able to do 25 straight. Now, I can do 50 straight, take a 4 minute break and do 50 straight again. Thanks for the video and motivation guys!!!

Nah bruhh they are still the same just lost some water from your bodys thats all, plus light is diffrent in the pictures so thats why they think that they achived something. Its all false, proper nutrition is the key to gains and weight loss. Its 70% food and 30% training plus if you dont hit the gym and work out two muscle types each day all your nutrition that you ate will go in alll of your body muscles to repair them so you need to work out just two types of muscles so that all your nutrition is used to supply only two other then do whole body and slowly progress in muscle growth thats just 20% of what you need to do i dont want to write a whole book in this comment ... so yeah
