i think doing 100 pushups every day they should of gotten tonnes beefier, but these aren't fit guys, they're nerds, we can't observe their pushup form or technique or what protein they're consuming etc.

That is not the correct method my child, you must do 100 push-ups,100 sit-ups, 100 squats,A 10 kilometer run..EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not to mention eat a banana before going on a jog, and keep the ac off for a real good sweat.

I was curious, so in the past 4 weeks I did 100 pushups every day. The result: now I can do 50 in row, but almost nothing optical has changed on my body. Sorry

I'm in my 16th day on doing 100+ push-ups. I can do now 3 set 70/50/40 push-ups. I saw good changes that's why I keep going and add more reps. Maybe before 20th day I can do 200 push-ups.

They could have actually gained WAY more muscle if they did it every other day not every day. Because muscle growth happens when you use your muscles and then rest them. But since their muscles never had time to rest and recover they didn’t gain much

As a personal trainer, I love this video. The amount of progress that the human body can make in a short time is really quite remarkable. Try to imagine goals like that, constantly. You can shock yourself with what your body can do! Motivate the mind, the body will follow.

you'll end up with triangle shape without the needed base to hold that deformity and will cause pain when getting old. what you got to do instead are exercises to grow homogenously.

Push ups alone won’t make you lose weight. Diet is where you lose weight. Rigorous exercise helps to boost calories deficits and boost long term calorie burning, but you cannot exercise yourself to a lower weight.

Completely useless really. There's no progressive overload each week, no increase in volume or weight, therefore..no change as you can see. If you did this all year round, your body would be completely used to it within 4-6 weeks. Takes a lot more than a few pushups to achieve actual progress 🤡

Worth noting that there are some potential health risks: short version, doing that daily in my 20s put me in the hospital for 6 weeks & required surgery. Slightly longer version: turned out I had something called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which is basically just a fancy name for not having enough space in the shoulder area. So as the muscles in my left shoulder got larger, they started to pinch the main vein/artery against the top left rib & caused a blot clot, which took the better part of a week to diagnose, then 6 weeks in hospital on IV blood thinners to correct, and surgical removal of my top-left rib to prevent it from re-occurring.

Logan already had the form and conditioning to do the push up challenge. The main problem which is for many people who do not exercise is consistency. The more he does push ups the stronger or more defined the muscles necessary to do them will be and his form will improve greatly. Congrats to both Logan & Amir for going through with it & CONTINUING after the challenge deadline passed lol

This was my New Years resolution this year. I already work out at home about every other day for 45 minutes to an hour, doing that for a year after going to the gym for about 10 years. I do 100 push-ups a day even on workout days, I just do some after each set of whatever I am doing. There has been 4 or 5 days where I either totally forgot, or I was sick. Then on the next day I did 200. That isn’t fun so it makes you get them done. I will be 50 next May, and my plan is to be in the best shape of my life (I was a Marine 30 years ago). It definitely makes you lose weight. That wasn’t really my plan since I am tall and slender, but I feel better so who cares.

I’m starting 40 sit-ups, 30 push ups, 30 crunches,1-2 min plank, 1 min leg raises and 100 jumping, and every 10 jumping jacks, I do a burpee. I do 3 sets of those. every day for a month or 2 or until i see results. I’ll keep you updated like fr fr not like the other people who don’t. K gl to me
