The only people who think this is a good idea are the people who want to sell this kind of product.

Facial expression is not enough to make it realistic also nodding head left and right or up and down in certain expressions or feelings is necessary

Why would a company pay anyone once they have their "avatar"? This would create more unemployment and social inequality. Rich people think this will make them richer since they don't have to pay anyone, but if more people become unemployed, more people will have less resources to pay for the rich people's services and products. Companies need to create 2 jobs for every "technology" that will substitute someone's job, because if they don't, the majority of people will have no money to buy anything and the rich will no longer be rich.

I'm afraid that your opinion is taking for granted that capitalism will be forever. In a system that the society owns the means of production then technology improvements benefit everyone equally. So lets embrace technology and see what happens to the system. I never said that it will be easy but if the changes are so big then the system change will be equally big.
