The overblown cringey title makes it obvious that almost everything after will be propaganda!! I was going to accuse Bloomberg of insulting people's intelligence with this kind of horseshit, but then I scrolled down a bit.

It's hilarious that all the comments on here are negative. Who comes and watches a video about a guy they hate and then leave bad comment. No wonder this guy is rich, people can't get enough of him even if they hate him.

you know Windows is such a bucket OS way too many backdoors into the software not enuf security most of us don't use remote desktop and other things that are ON by default allowing any to infiltrate it. And they dont secure it ON Purpose because it is profitable for things to malfunction...that's how windows has survived on the support revenue. And they have a monopoly. i have written a secure OS and Silicon Valley rejects it as unversatile and restricted. Lack of powers, services and abilities, actually gives you so much more security and overall protection. For instance my OS i call OS.639 has a firewall that blocks all traffic until set-up is complete. only then do you connect to the internet,,,now most OS's need a connection to be set up mine doesn't. i've been turned away with my secure software....The industry DOES NOT want you to have security...they want your data collection, which collecting data is against our 1st amendment rights..Some lawyers are going to get rich when they realize the connection to losing our rights vs data collection

I worked as a tech at Com network. One day I had a install in a women's house that had a lot of stuff memorabilia from her working their, I asked her if she was a coder? She said yes she was one of the main coder/engineers. This was not the greats part of town, I asked her how she got here. She said that they paid her penny's to what she was worth this is how this man made his money. She had all sorts of awards and stuff on her wall's Maybe in her late 50's/60's.

He wanted to beat Bill Gates, Bill saw an opportunity to bring productivity solutions for ordinary person. Before computer was only for companies, with bill he bought computer friendly for an ordinary user's perusal and that is why he gained a lot. Steve jobs, despite being crossed by Bill Gates never really became obssessed with beating Bill Gates, Steve Jobs was focused on just bringing something new to the consumer market. The buggest mistake of this oracle dude is he focused on his status too much while the Bill and Steve focused on the world

This explains a lot about my experience with them. I never worked there, but we've had the misfortune of being trapped in their technology stack. This is a company that has succeeded essentially by taking its customers hostage (though, admittedly, not on purpose) since the extreme complexity of the systems built on their technology makes it enormously expensive and time consuming to switch vendors. Their database is their only decent product, in my opinion, but I don't think this company has staying power. They're doing fine now, but I bet they'll implode in the next 20 years when the other tech giants will still be alive and well.

Why do I get the feeling that I wouldn’t be intimidated or impressed with many of these so called genius billionaires in a face to face, one on one, competition (in any area of skill), on a level playing field mano e mano ? They strike me as low rent imposters. It seems they were in the right place at the right time, with a willingness to be ruthless, steal, lie, cheat, and take advantage of the altruism that let them in, in the first place. I personally know many individuals that I am totally impressed by and they have the skills and real world guts that no money can buy. I doubt for a second that I could compete with them in a fair competition in just about any area for even a minute. But Larry? I’d mop the floor with him. If he were to buy a thunderbird and drive to California today, as a young man he could not repeat his success. Of this I’m sure.

Oh, and when Oracle bought PeopleSoft and my University bought their product, the cost overruns required them to sell two fully owned inner city skyscrapers, and then the project manager (on the University's side) committed suicide, listing the PeopleSoft migration project and Oracle prominently and repeatedly in in his suicide note.

Somehow success on earth stands still for owning a 200 dollar mansion being ultra rich, but when you die you can't take NONE with you. Success is also that coast guard who risks his life to safe a dog, that fireman who has a family depending on him still risking his life. If I had that money I would change the world. Then again that's why I probably will never have that. If ever so I will post it here:-)

You are sadly delusional. People like Warren Buffett already donated 50 billion to charity, and Bill Gates 40 billion, you are acting as if they are not doing what you fantasize about. Just because most world problems are diarrhoea, malaria, food, water instead of saving a dog or saving people from fire just because their charity isn't what you think is positive change, doesn't mean they are doing nothing.
