How to Make: Fried Baby Back Ribs

1 baby back slab 3/4 cup flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tbsp. garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp. paprika Feel free to use your own blend of seasonings. Sprinkle season meat. Put rest of seasonings in flour. Fry in skillet. 8/10 minutes each side

Ms. Chris this meal looks delicious. I have heard of fried ribs but I have never tried them, will have to do some soon. Tfs Tip: if you use some paper towels to hold onto the membrane while pulling it gives you a better grip.

Oh my goodness how good those look! There is nothing better to me than fried pork!! Now I am going to fry me some ribs! And I dont like BBQ sauce that much so Im going to just put some hot sauce on mine!! YUM!! I cant wait!!

Hey Ms Chris. I had forgot about this dish. Daddy use to cook. Those Ribs are delicious cooked this way. Sometimes Dad would make some gravy and smother them. But this is a must because its delicious. Thank You Ms Chris. PST ❤️
