USPS sucks! I'm pissed with how they don't care. I sent a Registered package and it got lost or stolen after 1 day of tracking. Registered Mail is supposed to be the most secure but really I think it's more like placing a bullseye on it for theft given it is guaranteed to contain objects of value.

Seems like they need a way to prevent letters from falling on the floor. Norm reason for mail to be stepped on. And why leave bins outside uncovered to get wet? If they do, don’t use them.

This does not prevent anything.

Zane Wv - I think it's due to a combination of things, including SOME bad employees. It's been proven that some employees steal or damage packages. Even carriers will fold up a stiff (labeled) photo envelope and literally stuff it into a mailbox, ruining the photos. As for those packing peanuts, I NEVER use them anymore. It's been MY experience that they cannot prevent items from shifting. After finding my item at the bottom of the box with the peanuts all on top I quit using them. I do include a paper with the address inside, and I use zip lock bags for some items. Make sure packages are taped up really well, too. And the larger the box, the more it'll cost (even if it's light weight), because of the dimensions.

+Shadrhen No its not due to poor packaging its due to horrible employees.

+Zane Wv This video was done based on my previous experience as a postal clerk at a general mail processing facility. Many packages were broken with contents spilled and lost due to processing and poor packaging. It was my intention to help others minimize this type of loss. Other clerks may have different experiences with different suggestions. Thanks for viewing.
