Attendo 29 novembre 20018.

Well, I think he is talking in a very general way. They pretty much the same, but when we talk about Bid data I think we definitely we go for a data scientist.

I am not convinced by his answer. Doing Data science is part/phase/component of business analytics process. It plays a role in proving some actionable insights leading to "Business Analytics".

Hi SAS team,I am Rajesh from India, i am poor in statistics and maths. But present i am working as reporting analyst. Is this a best idea to transform myself into DS. What would be your suggestion on this?
SAS Software (1 year ago)
Hi, Raj! We're happy to assist you. To clarify, are you looking to train specifically in SAS? If so, do you have SAS experience already or would you be starting from the beginning?

We're happy to help! To ensure we send the most appropriate resources, what country are you in?

I think he's describing more like Data Engineering roles. From my knowledge, the main difference are the skills that you must have not only with programming (everyone can program) but must importantly with maths and statistics.

What exact topics I need to learn to become a Data Analyst? Python - Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy. Statistics SQL Then? What other things I should learn?
playingfool (1 year ago)
you need to have mathematical geometry...graph theory..matrix..number theory, sets, probability and others....also learn data structures ...sql is just not enough...tree,graphs and gonna also need algorithm skill too...that would be pretty tough and time consuming. all the best for future.
