Boeing 777-300ER Pushback with Descriptions [HD]

9803 ratings | 1905813 views
This video includes descriptions of the certain parts of a pushback. Hope it answers and informs you of some interesting information A few things to note: 1. Yes I have ear protection. I'm wearing ear plugs since it was summer and over the ear protection gets really hot really quick. 2. The front right tire does look to be flat. This plane was leaving extremely heavy so there was a lot of weight on the wheels. We would not let a plane leave that might endanger the lives of the passengers on board. 3. YES you are suppose to disconnect the towbar from the tug before disconnecting from the airplane first. What I did was not correct. Registration is JA735A Pushback of All Nippon Airways (ANA) NH flight 1 from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) heading back to Narita International Airport (NRT). Pushback with the aircraft, Boeing 777-300ER, facing to the East.

Exactly this behavior of the push backs shows that security is not given in England. Insecurity of the driver. Loose sayings. Laughter and much more. And that in such a sensitive workplace. It is good that this country is leaving the European Union. That's good for Europe and its air traffic control. Because of such recklessness, people can die. But the main thing the phone in his hand and his job but do not understand.

No hearing protection!? The airline companies, airports or FAA should require all airfield workers have good hearing protection. People out on the airfield need to protect their hearing, just earplugs is not enough. The hearing protection act 2017 allows suppression devices to be used on firearms. If hearing protection is so important for gun enthusiasts and (that is why Congress passed this act) allowing suppression devices made for weapons, what about the ears of those on the airfields getting us passengers home safe? The future hearing loss of airfield workers is not as important? I hear hearing aid market is big business obviously the firearm lobbyist have the politicians ears. I guess it's hard to hear the breaking of twigs or grass moving in the fields tracking prey with ear plugs in.

m fisher Mate I’ve been working on the ramp for a while and let me reassure you that ear plugs work just fine. They may look like they might not do a lot, but they sure as heck work. Let me ask you, do you work on the ramp? If so, what’s your companies procedure? If ear plus didn’t work, than it would be a safety operating procedure failure. They work fine.

What's up with that crack on the wheels' support thingy (in the middle)?
Nidhal25 (3 months ago)
@g sudheer I was curious of what that was, didn't know that, thank you.
g sudheer (3 months ago)
The thingy you talking about is called sliding tube, and it's not a crack but a small amount of oil leak from sliding tube and main strut assembly. You can see the leak starts from 1:29

Where l can find a job of push back?
8BitGamer (6 months ago)
This is what I do for a living as an ramper at ORD but I push out smaller airplanes ERJ-145, CRJ-700, and CRJ-200. We use the Lektro tug and cart to push out the small planes and we use straps instead of towbars. Also, my teammates use the wireless headsets to communicate with each other during the pushout and wingwalking. However most of the wireless headsets in my zone are broken down because of the winter. Electronics easily break down during the cold winter.

Yes, that's for all my ground friends from all over the world. How many pushes I got from you. How helpful you have been reporting what only you and your vast experience could notice. How many hints you gave me. As I said goodbye to the window, I always saluted you in the military style, because I always felt that you were absolutely honorable and worthy. You keep "pushing" me with happiness, even under the rain, snow, wind or sun heat. I can only say ... thank you!
