you are right sir that an increase in water intake reduces stress levels sir mujhay aaj is qadar stress tha k i was thinking that i m going to suffer from a heart attack but when i drank 0.25 to 0.75 litres water at a time i felt myself as light as a feather BY THE WAY NICE VIDEO SIR THANK YOU FOR ALL THESE TIPS

Very good answer, clinical depression or genetic depression can not be cured just by Namaz, its an actual disease like Sugar or Blood pressure, you need medicine too and all other stuff which you mentioned...

DEPRESSION is contagious. Usually parents stressed aur depressed hotay hain jis ki wajah say wo jab bachon kay samnay boltay hain aur bachoon kay samnay unhappy hotay hain wo unjanay main bachay feel kartay hain aur yon depression unhain bhi hota hay.

Aksar students severe depression main wo jatay hain wo wo hotay hain jin kay parents high expectations rekhtay hain .ab agar bacha hamaisha top karta ho tu wo yae bhool jatay hain kah kabhi kam bhi hosakta hay.Parents har waqt us ko aisay pedestal per rekhatay hain jahan say wo utar nai sakta .Aksar aisay students exams say pehlay aur dauran freak out kartay hain aur aisay bachay kud ko kam marks ya number2 per nai daikh saktay. Aisa bhi daikhnay ko mila hay kah bacha top karta hay aur bazahir happy dikhay ga magar family ka koi problem andar hi andar disturb karta hay jissay wo friends say share nai karta aur na ghar main ussay koi aisa nazr ata hay jis say share karay jis ki wajah say severe depression main chala jata hay.

All the points you have mentioned are correct. Yae tu aap adults say baat kar rahay .Teen agers say bhi baat karain. Aur zara in teachers ko btain in kay negative remarks aur students ko compare karnay say wo every day bziada tar bachoon ko Stress main daltay hain aur peer pressure ko barhati hay aur chotay chotay bachoon ko negative thaughts main dalti hain aur un kay nafs ko kaqal karti hay aur wo slowly Depression main chalay jatay hain.

Aaj kal parents say bachay apnay peers kay saath built honay walay stress ko share nai kartay jis ki wajah say wo depression main chalay jatay hain. Diet bhi aaj kal bachon ki diet bhi theek nai. Physical activity bhi kam hay social media nay tabahi kardi hay.bachay issay balance nai kar rahay hain.

After decades of pro-discrimination in favour of women in Pakistan, we are now at a stage where males are underperforming and we are focussing only on women , most of whom in Pakistan will become housewives and mothers, whereas men will fill the blue chip and high level posts, but due to anti male efforts, men are now committing suicide and feeling isolation whereas women have become arrogant and rude. That's my observation. Don't hate me for it though....
