David couldn't even last one hour doing what we do as a delivery person, but yet he makes the salary which is probably an insane amount. What he needs to do is increase the seasonal driver helper's pay rate which has been $8.00 an hour for the last 20 plus years, but yet they work just as hard as a driver does. The company politics really suck!!
