This will be the first F1 Grand Prix of Mexico since 1992. We present the new track and explain the challenges that DHL and teams face in order to get cars, pit equipment and the rest of the gear to Mexico in time. Once again, Great is in the detail.

Imagine with 25GP logistics almost double crews like they do in NASCAR
TheJokerit19 (6 months ago)
F1 and Nascar are more or less entirely incomparable when it comes to the overall travelling-task as F1 is a global-series unlike the latter. Travelling within the USA (even though it's approximately the size of Europe) is nothing compared to travelling across five different continents, so it's apples to oranges comparison. Furthermore, I highly doubt half of the teams (especially the smallest ones) could double their crews. F1 and Nascar could realistically only be compared from the travelling-task/logistics POW if the Nascar-races took place worldwide like in F1, or the F1 races took place either only in the US or in Europe, so, i.e., travelling within the US is realistically comparable to travelling within Europe, but nowhere near comparable to travelling around the globe. The difference is just too significant for a realistic comparison.

Never going to happen, The taxes the Indian government places on F1 is ridiculous (also a dreadful circuit).

what does the desert has to do with Mexico City besides absolutely nothing?
Clint DeBusk (7 months ago)
The cars are extremely sensitive to changes in air - wind direction, humidity, wind speed, dust, and smog levels - so the teams pay close attention to the environment to properly set the car up to perform properly.
